Shipping policy

Welcome to THE AAGE. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

1. Processing Time

- Order Processing: Orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited Shipping is free on all orders over $150 (USD).
- Delivery Estimates:
  - Standard Shipping: [4-9] business days
  - Expedited Shipping: [1-3] business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within Canada.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Military Addresses: Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may have restrictions and longer delivery times.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@theaage.com within [15] days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at hello@theaage.com with photos of the damage.
